1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 75bd7 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 75bd7 website, mobile application, and all associated gaming, betting, and payment services.

By creating an account on 75bd7, accessing any game or betting market, making a deposit, or claiming any promotional offer, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

1.1 Amendments to Terms

75bd7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to provide notice via the registered email address associated with your account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. 1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

1.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Access to the 75bd7 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account.

To register a 75bd7 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

2.3 Jurisdiction

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. 75bd7 does not warrant that use of the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

All players must complete KYC identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Accepted identity documents include:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID)
• Valid passport issued by the Government of Bangladesh
• Other government-issued photographic identification as accepted at 75bd7's discretion

75bd7 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including prior to processing deposits, at account registration, or following unusual account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 75bd7 may result in account suspension.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 75bd7 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 75bd7 will never request your password by email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your sole responsibility unless you have promptly notified 75bd7 of unauthorised access.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You must ensure that all personal information held on your account is accurate and up to date at all times. Changes to your name, address, payment details, or contact information must be communicated to 75bd7 support promptly. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each player may maintain only one active account on 75bd7. If duplicate accounts are identified, 75bd7 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that player, withhold any pending bonus credits, and review transaction history for irregularities. Players who inadvertently create a duplicate account must notify support immediately.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 75bd7 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of up to ৳200 per month to inactive account balances, following written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance after a period of inactivity may be closed. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact support.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

75bd7 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels:

• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to issuer approval)

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on 75bd7 is ৳200. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. 75bd7 reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time with or without prior notice. Players may set their own lower deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming tools in their account dashboard.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

4.4 Currency and Conversion

All accounts on 75bd7 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fees are applied to BDT transactions. Players depositing via methods that involve an intermediary conversion may incur fees charged by their payment provider, for which 75bd7 accepts no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

75bd7 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotional term and these general Terms, the specific promotional term shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a stated number of times before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, expiry dates, eligible games, and maximum bet-per-spin or per-wager limits will be clearly stated in each promotional offer. Placing bets that exceed the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players only. A player may be deemed ineligible for a bonus if they have previously engaged in bonus abuse, if their account is subject to a restriction, or if they have opted out of marketing communications. 75bd7 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to decline to award a bonus to any player at its sole discretion.

5.4 Prohibited Bonus Conduct

The following actions constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures
• Placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent
• Using automated scripts or betting systems to fulfil wagering requirements
• Providing false information to claim a bonus for which the player is not eligible

Detection of any of the above will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Availability and Rules

6.4 Malfunction and Technical Errors

In the event of a game malfunction, network interruption, or technical error that materially affects the outcome of a game round, 75bd7 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance. Winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable technical error, including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds or jackpot amounts, are not valid and will not be paid.

6.5 Prohibited Gaming Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 75bd7 Platform:

• Use of automated betting bots, scripts, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage
• Collusion with other players or with dealer staff in live casino games
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or display errors for financial gain
• Any form of cheating, match-fixing, or insider information usage in sports betting
• Chip dumping or other forms of artificial chip transfer in poker or table games

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

7.1 General Player Obligations

By using the 75bd7 Platform, you agree to:

• Use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes
• Provide accurate, truthful, and current information at all times
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Refrain from any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform's functionality
• Notify 75bd7 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account
• Wager only funds that you can afford to lose and that do not represent borrowed money or funds intended for essential living expenses

7.2 Prohibited Uses

You must not use the 75bd7 Platform to:

• Launder money or conduct any transaction that facilitates illegal activity
• Deposit or withdraw funds on behalf of another person
• Engage in any activity that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the Platform's software or proprietary systems
• Transmit any malicious software, virus, or harmful code to the Platform
• Harass, abuse, or threaten 75bd7 staff or other players via any communication channel

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 75bd7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. 75bd7's total liability to any player in respect of any single event shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 75bd7 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 75bd7 will process any pending withdrawal to the player's registered payment method before closing the account. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within one hour and take precedence over any pending promotional offers.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by 75bd7

75bd7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or provision of false registration information
• Multi-accounting or bonus abuse
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward Platform staff or other players
• Instruction received from a payment provider, regulatory authority, or law enforcement body

8.3 Consequences of Closure for Breach

Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms by the player, 75bd7 reserves the right to withhold any bonus balance, void any wagers placed in contravention of these Terms, and retain any winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Real-money deposits not implicated in the breach will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

8.4 Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who close their account under the responsible gaming self-exclusion programme will have their account locked for the duration selected. 75bd7 will make all reasonable efforts to prevent the re-opening of a self-excluded account before the exclusion period has elapsed.
